How wonderful to have real hope
hope which makes a difference
when pondering o’er the world affairs
where evil has influence

these times are getting worse it seems
no doubt the end is near
I’m glad I know that I am saved
not having any fear

if only I could tell the world
a message which gives life
my purpose then begins with you
to speak of Jesus Christ

He is the answer for all men
He paid a sacrifice
His blood was shed that you might live
redeemed at valued price
____
for sin was crucified that day
and nailed upon the cross
and Christ had conquered Satan’s hold
on all the world that’s lost
____
judgment is coming swift and sure
it will not be delayed
but those who know the Lamb of God
shall escape judgment day
____
for every knee shall bow to Him
and say that He is Lord
will you be among the chosen few
or with the devil’s horde
